1. AS NEGOTIATED BY OPEIU/LOCAL 108, ALL PILOTS WERE PLACED AT THEIR CORRECT PAY STEP ON JANUARY 1, 2001, AND GIVEN THEIR APPROPRIATE WAGE INCREASE DURING THE COURSE OF NEGOTIATIONS.
